EMBERGLASS APOTHECARY
Frequently asked questions
What do you sell?
Our current collection is handmade soap in fourteen scents. Check each product page for its description, ingredients, and current availability.
How do quantity savings work?
Eligible soap bars combine across scents: one bar is $7.99; 2–3 bars are $6.99 each; 4–11 bars are $5.99 each; 12 or more are $4.99 each. Shipping and tax are additional. Current product and checkout prices govern.
How do I get 20% off my first order?
Join the newsletter, enter your email, create a password, and click the verification link sent to your inbox. Your account stays inactive until verified. Sign in before requesting shipping rates. The offer applies automatically to your first eligible Emberglass merchandise order, after soap quantity pricing. Shipping and tax are excluded. A pending checkout temporarily reserves the offer.
Can I opt out of marketing?
Yes. Your account has separate controls for Emberglass newsletter and blog emails. You can also use the unsubscribe link in marketing emails. Essential account and order messages continue.

Are these soaps suitable for sensitive skin?
Individual sensitivities vary. Read the full ingredients, including fragrance and any goat milk, before ordering. Stop use if irritation occurs. We cannot guarantee that a product is suitable for a particular allergy or skin condition.
Do you ship internationally?
Online shipping currently supports United States addresses. Available shipping services and charges are calculated before payment.
Can I return a product?
Contact us before sending a return. Our refunds and returns page explains unopened-product returns, damaged or incorrect items, and hygiene restrictions.
Is my payment secure?
Payment is processed by Stripe on its secure checkout. We do not receive your complete card number. You return to Emberglass after checkout.
