Effective October 11, 2026. These terms apply to Emberglass Apothecary, operated by Brandon Mysliwiec.

Accounts and use

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account and delivery information. Keep your password private. Accounts remain inactive until email verification. Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its security or other customers.

Products, prices, and payment

Product descriptions, ingredients, availability, and prices are shown in the shop. Handmade products may vary in appearance. Prices are in US dollars. Applicable shipping and tax are shown before payment. Payment is processed by Stripe. An order is confirmed only after payment is verified. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for unavailable items.

Welcome offer

The 20% welcome offer requires newsletter signup, an activated Emberglass account, and sign-in at checkout. It applies once to a customer’s first eligible Emberglass order and to merchandise only, after eligible quantity pricing. Shipping, tax, external purchases, and products specifically excluded from the offer do not qualify. Discounts use whole-cent rounding. Duplicate accounts, cancelled orders created to circumvent restrictions, and other abuse may be rejected. A pending checkout reserves eligibility until it completes or expires.

Shipping and returns

Our shipping policy and refunds and returns policy form part of these terms. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Content and responsibility

Branding, photographs, artwork, and site content belong to their respective owners and may not be reused without permission. Products are for their stated cleansing use. Read ingredients and instructions. Website content does not provide medical advice.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from misuse of products or interruptions of the website.
