Shipping policy

Destinations and charges

Online shipping currently supports United States addresses. Enter your full delivery address in the basket to see available services and charges. Shipping is calculated using the products, quantities, package estimates, and destination. Tax is shown when available and confirmed before payment.

Processing and delivery

Orders are prepared after payment confirmation. Any product-specific preparation or lead time is shown in the listing or communicated by our team. Carrier transit estimates begin after shipment and are not guaranteed delivery dates. If we cannot ship within the stated time, or within 30 days when no shipping time was stated, we will notify you and offer a revised date or cancellation with a refund for the unshipped order.

Tracking and delivery issues

Available tracking appears in your account when fulfillment is updated. Check the address carefully before payment and contact us promptly if it needs correction. Changes may not be possible after packing or shipment. For a lost, delayed, damaged, or incorrectly delivered parcel, contact us with your order reference so we can investigate with the carrier.

Local pickup and international orders

Local pickup is available only by prior arrangement when offered. This storefront does not currently provide international checkout. The 20% welcome offer excludes shipping and tax.
